Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge. For cancellations on the day of the service, a 100% charge will apply. Additionally, any cancellations made between December 20 and January 10 will also be subject to a 100% charge.
