 What do we need to bring? 

  Towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, cameras, and a method of payment. If you’re prone to seasickness, you may want to bring medication. We provide life jackets and safety gear.

 

What is the route you take?  

  This depends on the best turtle location and traffic on the day. Our captain will navigate to the most reliable turtle sightings and calm waters, while keeping safety and weather in mind. We’re happy to share highlights of the planned route before departure.

 

What is the size of the boat?

  Our vessel is 38 feet long, offering comfortable seating and ample deck space for photo ops and relaxation.

 

Where do you pick up from?

  Holetown on the west coast. We’ll confirm the exact meeting point on your booking details.

 

Do you accept credit cards? 

  Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

 

Do you offer beach pick up with the catamaran?

  All standard pick-ups are from the beach. If you’d like us to come to a specific location, this option is available for private charters only.

 

Can you accommodate dock pickup? 

  Yes, dock pickup is possible, but this is available for private charters or special arrangements. Please contact us to discuss details.

 

Do you accept cash?

  Yes, in Barbados Dollars (BDS) or US Dollars (USD).

 

Can we book online?

  We prefer to talk to you to make sure your charter details are perfect. Please call us or drop us an email.

 

What type of turtles do we see? 

  Typically green sea turtles. On rare occasions, we may encounter hawksbill turtles. Sightings can vary with the season and location.

 

Booking & Availability

 

How do I reserve a charter?

  You can contact us to check availability and tailor the trip to your needs. For private charters, we can customize routes and inclusions.

 

What’s included in the price?  

  Our standard charter includes the boat, skipper, a full range of drinks and some high quality banter. We also have snorkels and masks for you to use. 

 

What if weather cancels?

  Safety comes first. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund or credit. We’ll communicate promptly.

 

What should I do if I have accessibility needs?

  Please inform us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate or suggest the most suitable charter option.

 

 Onboard Experience

 

Is snorkeling or swimming allowed?  

  Yes, there’s always time for snorkeling and swimming, subject to safety and weather. We provide basic equipment; you’re welcome to bring your own gear. As we love to say "the pool is open"

 

Is there a restroom on board? 

  Yes there is. It does involve stepping down into the hull of the boat. 

 

Is food available on the trip?  

  Some itineraries include a meal for charters. Check your itinerary or ask us when booking.

 

Are turtles or other wildlife likely to be seen?

  Wildlife sightings often occur, including turtles and various other marine life and seabirds. Nature is unpredictable, but we’ll share the best chances each day.

 

Safety & Policies

 

What safety measures are in place?  

  We follow maritime safety standards, carry life jackets for all passengers, and brief guests on safety procedures before departure. Our crew is trained for emergencies.

 

What’s the maximum passenger count?

  Our 38-foot catamaran typically accommodates up to 10 guests. Please confirm exact capacity when you book.

 

Do you require a deposit? 

  A credit card number will be required to secure any charters with us.  We'll confirm during booking and provide payment instructions.

 

What’s your cancellation policy?

  Cancellations policies vary by trip type and dates. Please review the terms at booking or contact us for specifics.

Can we celebrate a birthday or special occasion on board? 

  Absolutely! We’re happy to help you plan decorations, a cake, or a special toast. Some options may incur extra charges for private charters.

 

Can we customize our itinerary?

  For private charters, yes. We can tailor the route, snorkeling stops, and timing to your preferences.

 

Do you offer photography services or tips?

  We’re happy to suggest the best photo spots and tips. If you’d like, we can arrange a professional on-board photographer for private charters (additional fee).
